Thanks Darlene. Yes it has been awhile. I’ve had trouble writing. Every time I sit down to write, I get nauseous. It’s very strange and it’s hard to ignore so I’ve had to put it off. Maybe now that I have navigated my way through the process of finding homes for most of my parents belongings, I will find it a little easier.
Sorry to hear about your writing difficulties. It's terrible when we can't do something we love to do. And it's so strange how our bodies react to grief in so many different ways.
You do have something fun and exciting to look forward to in June when you go on your one month tour in Germany. Hopefully this will be healing for you in some way.
I'll be looking forward to seeing some live clips on your other pages too with Lisa. (This is the music fan part of me talking now.)🎶
Glad you got through a difficult day. Of course you are right, the song is not perfect, but it certainly is a potent version. Not in spite of the missing guitar, but because of it. With your voice unobstructed, the emotion is so evident. This is “Bonus Track” material. I always enjoy your work.

One of the things I'm learning about moving through the world with no direction in mind.
